Boin Taburet - Pair of pitchers in crystal and sterling silver 19th century

Pair of large Louis XV style pitchers IN CRYSTAL set in a solid silver frame adorned with large chiseled rockeries. The upper part is chiseled with vine leaves, grapes and winding on a matte background the spout is embellished with a large head of a faun. Inside is fixed a compartment for ice cubes in vermeil frame glass. The crystal is engraved with acanthus leaves and mascarons. French work of very high quality from the end of the 19th century.
